Memorial Day Weekend

Our memorial day weekend was full of adventures! On Sunday, the whole family (including Maddy!) went to the Northwest Folk Life Festival held at the Space Needle. We saw lots of interesting people there. On memorial day, we drove 3 hours to a city called Leavenworth. It's a quaint little town in the mountains that looks like a Bavarian village.

Best Friends Update

As Micah gets older, he and Maddy have only gotten close. Micah loves giving Maddy cherios as you'll see in this video from the old house. He also likes to give Maddy gold fish and crackers.

A trip to the island ...

Jessica's friend Dawn was in town and we were looking for something fun to do, so we drove onto a ferry and rode the waves out to Bainbridge Island.

Amazing Birthday Week!

Micah had an amazing first birthday! It was his best birthday ever. It started weeks before his birthday even happened. First he saw Halmoni when the family moved into the new home. The following week Micah's grandpa came to visit. Finally, his Harabuji came for his birthday! He had a great party with all his friends. He even had a huge inflatable Elmo!
